No Injuries Reported In Crash In Which Vehicle Actually Went Airborne For A Short Distance

            (Emmetsburg)-- No injuries were reported Thursday in a crash in which a vehicle actually went airborne for a short time.

Palo Alto county authorities say a 15-year-old male from Emmetsburg was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix when he lost control and hit a sign. The vehicle went into the ditch and went airborne for a brief period of time.

The teen was cited with failure to have a valid driver's license, failure to maintain control and failure to provide proof of liability...accident related.

Two passengers in the vehicle also escaped uninjurred.

Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500.

The crash took place shortly after midnight.
