No Injuries Reported In Collision Involving A School Bus And Car

(Primghar)-- No injuries were reported this (Mon.) morning when a car collided with a school bus in O'Brien county.

The Iowa State Patrol says it happened a little after 10:00 am at the intersection of Highway 59 and 420th Street. 18-year-old Jaden Bobzien of Primghar was driving a 2009 Pontiac southbound on Highway 59 and 67-year-old Verlyn Regelin of Sutherland was driving a South O'Brien school bus northbound. Troopers say Bobzien lost control of her vehicle which crossed the center line and collided with the bus. Bobzien's vehicle came to rest in the west ditch.

19 students were on the bus. Again, no injuries were reported at the time of the mishap to any of the students or drivers.

Troopers say the road was partially snow covered at the time and the there was limited visibility due to blowing snow.
