Kruse was charged with driving while barred, eluding, speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, four counts of driving while suspended, open container, littering, no insurance, operating without current registration, fraudulent use of registration, operating without an ignition interlock and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Kruse was booked into the Lyon county jail.
