(Jackson, Mn.)-- A Jackson woman was arrested after crashing a vehicle into a building.

The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called around 6:00 pm Saturday to Bridget's Bucksnorts Brew Ha-Ha and Grill in downtown Jackson for a report of a vehicle that had struck the building. When the deputy arrived, the vehicle was still on the scene but the driver had fled on foot.

Deputies found the driver, identified as 27-year-old Mackayla Hart of Jackson, who reported she had come to the establishment to confront her boyfriend. Hart stated she lost it and drove her vehicle into the front of the building. Damage to the business was estimated at just under $1,100.

Hart was booked into the Jackson county jail on charges of 1st degree damage to property and domestic assault.
