Jackson County Incident Results In Arrests
(Jackson, Mn.)-- A Sioux Falls man was arrested in Jackson county on Thursday following a report of a suspicious vehicle.
Jackson County Deputies responded to the report around 5:40am in Hunter Township. After locating the vehicle and investigating, 20 year-old Hunter Tennant of Sioux Falls was arrested for 5th Degree Possession and Illegal Posession of a Short-Barreled Firearm.
A 21 year-old passenger was cited for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and a 23 year-old passenger was arrested on a South Dakota Department of Corrections Parole Violation and was transported back to Sioux Falls later that day.
Methamphetamine, marijuana and two shotguns were seized during the investigation.
Tennent is being held at the Jackson County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000 with conditions or $50,000 without.
