Iowa DPH Reporting 2 Additional COVID-19 Deaths With 295 New Confirmed Cases
(Undated)-- The Iowa Department of Public Health today (Tuesday) is reporting two additional deaths related to COVID-19 for the previous 24 hours ending at 10:00 am, bringing the state's death toll to 688. There were 295 new, confirmed cases reported Tuesday which brings the state's total number of cases to 26,343. There were also 297 more recoveries reported for a total of 16,398.
Most counties in the area continue to report increases in positive cases of COVID-19. As of shortly before Noon, Dickinson county was at 211 total cases so far, up 10 from the previous 24 hours. 86 of those have recovered.
In adjoining counties, Clay county was at 109 with 54 recoveries; O'Brien 74 with 36 recoveries; Osceola was at 49 with 45 recoveries; Emmet 61 with 30 recoveries and Palo Alto county was at 24 with 16 recoveries.
