Iowa Dept. Of Public Health Reporting 369 New Cases Of COVID-19 With Two More Deaths
(Des Moines)-- The Iowa Department of Public Health today (Saturday) is reporting two additional deaths related to COVID-19 along with 369 additional cases of the virus. The state's death toll now stands at 682 with the total number of cases since the pandemic started at 25,496. Officials say there have been a total of 15,941 recoveries.
Locally, the total number of cases in Dickinson county as of 3:00 pm today (Saturday) was at 194 with 75 recoveries. Elsewhere in the area, Clay county continues to see a big rise in its case load, with a total of 103 so far. 40 of those have recovered. Emmet county was at 48 cases to date; Palo Alto was at 21; Osceola 49 and O'Brien county saw its number of cases rise to 70.
