Investigation Into Suspicious Vehicle At Campground Results In Arrest Of Okoboji Woman

(Estherville)-- An investigation Tuesday into a report of a suspicious vehicle at an Emmet county campground resulted in the arrest of an Okoboji woman on multiple drug charges.

The Emmet County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called to the Wolden Lake Campground around 8:15 am. A subsequent investigation resulted in them finding marijuana, methamphetamine, a scale, drug paraphernalia and cash. 

Authorities say 31-year-old Misty Jo Logan of Okoboji was arrested and booked into the Emmet county jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance...methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance...marijuana, possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to provide proof of insurance and driving while under suspension. 

Logan was being held on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.

The Emmet County Sheriff's Office was assisted by an officer with the Emmet County Conservation Board.
