Investigation Into Robbery of Spirit Lake Man Results In Arrests

(Spirit Lake)-- A week-long investigation into a robbery in Spirit Lake has resulted in the arrests of four suspects. Spirit Lake police say it stems from an incident that happened on the evening of November 19th when a Spirit Lake man was robbed involving the use of a dangerous weapon. The incident took place in the 3000 block of 18th Street.
19-year-old Brayde Willson-Koos of Spirit Lake was arrested and charged with 1st degree robbery, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, frequenting a disorderly house and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
19-year-old Cheyenne Carey of Spirit Lake was arrested and charged with 1st degree robbery.
In addition, a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both of Spirit Lake, were arrested and charged with 1st degree robbery.
The adults were booked into the Dickinson county jail while the juveniles were transported to the Youth Emergency Services Center in Cherokee.
Police say the robbery victim wasn't injured in the incident.
