Investigation Into Reckless Driving Complaint Results In Two Arrests

(Wahpeton)-- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office has released details into an investigation into reckless driving complaint back on June 25th that resulted in two arrests.

Deputies were called around 4:22 pm that afternoon after getting a report of a reckless driver on Highway 86 near Wahpeton. The suspect vehicle was located a short time later on Hill Street in Wahpeton. Upon speaking with the driver the deputy detected an odor of marijuana coming from a nearby guest house. 

The driver, 22-year-old Beau Steven George Margeas of Phoenix, Arizona was arrested and charged with 3rd degree harassment, reckless driving, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Another man, Todd Michael Booge, Sr., was also arrested and charged with interference with official acts.
