ILCC Officials Outline Proposed Improvements To Facilities

(Spirit Lake)-- Officials with Iowa Lakes Community College are holding come-and-go events in the communities it serves, explaining the need for a $16 million dollar referendum that will go before the voters February 2nd. One of those events, being referred to by college officials as “community days”, was held Wednesday evening in Spirit Lake.    

Bob L’Heureux, the college’s Vice President of Administration, tells KUOO news the referendum would allow for improvements to be made at each of the college’s campuses...L'Heureux     

To date, L’Heureux says college officials have met with more than 75 organizations and 1,500 people to get the word out.    

College officials will also be making presentations to the public in Emmetsburg January 25th, Spencer January 7th and Algona January 11th.
