ILCC Holding Open House Events Leading Up To Feb. 2nd Vote On $16 Million Bond Referendum

(Estherville)-- Voters in the Iowa Lakes Community College service territory will head to the polls early next month to decide the fate of a $16 million bond referendum. College officials are holding a series of informational presentations leading up to the February 2nd vote on the measure that would fund proposed improvements at the college’s campuses.
One of those events is scheduled for this Wednesday evening, January 6th, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Spirit Lake campus of ILCC. It will be held in the north section of the facility. A similar event is scheduled for Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. in the Science Lab at the Spencer campus.
Drawings of the proposed improvements will be on display at the events along with brochures and fliers explaining the purpose of the proposed upgrades.
Both events will consist of a come-and-go format.
