IDPH Reporting An Additional 21 Positive Cases Of COVID-19 In Iowa As Of Late This (Wed.) Morning
(Des Moines)-- The Iowa Department of Public Health late this (Wed.) morning reported an additional 21 positive cases of COVID-19 in Iowa, for a total of 145 positive cases. There have been a total of 2,578 negative tests to date, which includes tests reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs.
The new cases are being reported from Allamakee, Benton, Hancock, Johnson, Linn, Muscatine, Polk, Poweshiek, Scott and Washington counties.
Governor Kim Reynolds will give an update at a press conference scheduled for 2:30 this (Wed.) afternoon.
The first death in Iowa stemming from COVID-19 was reported Tuesday out of Dubuque county.
