IDPH Reporting 7 Additional Deaths Related To COVID-19 & 355 New Cases
(Des Moines)-- The Iowa Department of Public Health is reporting seven additional deaths related to COVID-19 and 355 new cases of the virus for the previous 24 hours ending at 10:00 am this (Thursday) morning. The state's death toll now stands at 677 while the total number of cases since the pandemic started is at 24,735.
Locally, the total number of COVID-19 cases in Dickinson county as of this (Thursday) morning was up to 176. Health officials say 58 of those cases have recovered. In adjoining counties, Clay county has had 76 total cases so far; Emmet 46; Palo Alto 16; Osceola 49 and O'Brien county has had 69 total cases so far.
