IDPH Reporting 461 New COVID-19 Cases And 4 Additional Deaths
(Des Moines)-- The Iowa Department of Public Health today (Thurs.) reported four additional deaths and 461 new cases of COVID-19 for the previous 24 hours ending at 10:00 am this (Thurs.) morning. The state's death toll now is at 694. The total number of cases in Iowa stood at 27,062 with 16,926 recoveries.
Locally, Dickinson county saw it's cases grow to 229 as of late this (Thurs.) morning with 92 of those having recovered. In neighboring counties, Clay county was at 113 with 73 recoveries; Emmet at 66 with 31 recoveries; Palo Alto 24 with 19 recoveries; O'Brien county was at 78 total cases with 41 recovered and Osceola county was at 49 with 45 recoveries.
