I-90 Rollover Injures Woman

(Worthington, Mn.)-- A single vehicle rollover Monday on Interstate 90 west of Worthington sent one person to the hospital. The Minnesota State Patrol says 72-year-old Shirley Halling of Ames was driving a 2006 Toyota Avalon eastbound when she hit a patch of ice, causing her to lose control. The vehicle veered off the road and went into the south ditch where it rolled, coming to rest on its roof.
Halling was taken to Sanford Hospital in Worthington with non life-threatening injuries.
Moderate damage was reported to the vehicle.
The crash took place shortly before 11:30 a.m.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted by the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office.
