(Spirit Lake)-- The first major winter storm of the season could dump upwards of a foot of snow on portions of northwest Iowa. A winter storm WARNING is in effect for all of northwest Iowa into this (Fri.) evening. Matthew Dux, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls tells KUOO news the system has tracked further north than first thought...Dux01
