83 percent of Iowa's soybean crop is in the bin, 10 days ahead of last year and two days ahead of average.
The report says there were 6.9 days suitable for fieldwork last week in Iowa, the most days suitable so far this season.
In Minnesota, the corn harvest was 58 percent complete and the soybean harvest was 97 percent complete.
