Estherville Man Back In Custody After Being Previously Released From Jail On A $75,000 Cash Bond

(Estherville)-- An Estherville man is back in custody after being released from jail previously on a $75,000 cash bond. 

Emmet County Sheriff Mike Martens says 34-year-old Dustin Julich of Estherville was taken into custody February 28th on an arrest warrant issued by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. The warrant charges Julich with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of firearms as a felon. 

Julich was booked into the Emmet county jail and has since been transported to Sioux City where he was turned over to the U.S. Marshal's Service.
