Estherville Man Accused of Stealing Gaming Devices

(Estherville)-- An Estherville man faces charges in connection with some stolen gaming systems. Estherville police says it stems from an investigation into information officers received regarding a stolen Nintendo gaming console and several Nintendo games. The items had been reported stolen from an Estherville residence October 14th.
Upon further investigation officers learned 39-year-old Shane Jordan of Estherville had sold the items to a local resident.
Officers also learned Jordan allegedly had in his possession a stolen Xbox and Nintendo Wii gaming console which had been reported to Estherville police as having been stolen earlier in the month. Police also learned Jordan had allegedly sold the Nintendo Wii gaming system to a Milford gaming shop.
Jordan was arrested and charged with ongoing criminal conduct...a class "B" felony, and three counts of theft in the 4th degree. He was booked into the Emmet county jail on a $10,000 cash only bond.
