Estherville City Hall To Once Again Close To The Public Due To Surging COVID Case Counts
(Estherville)-- The Estherville City Hall will once be closed to the public effective Monday, September 21st, due to a surge in COVID-19 cases in the community.
City officials are requesting the general public conduct city business via phone or email. Utility customers are asked to pay bills online, over the phone with a credit card or to place their payment by check or money order in the drop box on the south side of city hall. Cash should NOT be placed in the box.
City officials say the closure will be in effect until further notice.
