Dickinson County Reaches Milestone For COVID-19 Cases
(Spirit Lake)-- A milestone was reached this (Thurs.) afternoon in the total number of COVID-19 cases so far in Dickinson county. The Iowa Department of Public Health reports the total number of cases to date in the county has surpassed 100, with 101 total cases as of late this (Thurs.) afternoon. Of those, 32 had recovered, which means there were 69 active cases as of late this (Thurs.) afternoon.
Numbers in several neighboring counties continue to rise as well, but not nearly as rapidly as Dickinson county. Clay county was at 50 cases; Emmet at 34; Palo Alto county was at 12; Oseola county was at 49; and O'Brien county at 61.
