Dickinson County Endowment Fund Accepting Applications For Their 2021 Grant Cycle
(Spirit Lake)-- The Dickinson County Endowment Fund is now accepting grant applications for their 2021 grant cycle. Council Advisor Ann Ditsworth says about $95,000 will be available this year for distribution...
"Well the Dickinson County Endowment Fund provides awards to non-profit organizations and they can be 501C3 or 170B units of government. They can use these funds for civic, educational, public, charitable, patriotic or religious projects."
Ditsworth says in 15 years of grant-making, the Dickinson County Endowment Fund has awarded a little more than $1.4 million in grants and partnered with 89 non-profit organizations in the county supporting 375 projects...
"Yes, we're really fortunate to have so many great non-profits throughout the county and our organization's endowment fund has been pleased to help on a variety of projects and impacting all of our school districts, all of our communities, on a vareity of ways. It's just a really good program and we've had a lot of success with it."
