Crops Making Good Progress Toward Maturity

(Spencer)-- For most area farmers, Sunday's rain couldn't have come at a better time. That word from Paul Kassel, a Crops Specialist with the Iowa State University Extension Service. Kassel says some of the corn crop, especially on lighter soil, was starting to show signs of stress from the recent warm, dry weather...Crop Update05
