Criminal Mischief Complaint Leads To Arrest Of Estherville Man
(Estherville)-- An investigation into a criminal complaint has resulted in charges being filed against an Estherville man.
Estherville police say officers were called a little before 7:30 pm this past Wednesday evening to 708 2nd Avenue South, apartment 4. Upon arriving police found a large hole in the door of the complainant's apartment. Officers also learned the complainant had received an instant message on social media that was alarming or annoying.
Upon investigating police arrested 27-year-old Bradley Dean Deboe of Estherville on charges of criminal mischief in the 4th degree, harassment in the 3rd degree and interference with official acts.
Deboe was booked into the Emmet county jail and was released after posting a $2,000 signature bond.
