Crash Lands Woman In Jail On Multiple Charges

(Sibley)-- A single vehicle crash back on November 25th in Osceola county resulted in the arrest of a Minnesota woman on multiple charges.

The Osceola County Sheriff's Office says 29-year-old Danielle Rodriguez of Willmar, Minnesota was driving a 2007 Dodge Ram on 140th Street about a mile west of Highway 59 when she lost control of the vehicle while apparently trying to avoid some deer. The vehicle went into the south ditch and rolled. Rodriguez then drove the vehicle away from the scene after a passerby called 911. Authorities pulled Rodriguez over a short time later.

A subsequent investigation resulted in Rodriquez being arrested on charges of operating while under the influence...2nd offense, assault on persons in certain occupations causing bodily injury, assault on persons in certain occupations and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, and interference with official acts. Rodriguez was also cited for failure to maintain control and no valid driver's license.

She was booked into jail on a $3,300 bond.
