Clay County Traffic Stop Results In Arrests Of Two People On Multiple Charges
(Spencer)-- A traffic stop late Monday afternoon at the intersection of 270th Street and 320th Avenue in Clay county resulted in the arrests of two people on multiple charges.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office says the driver, 21-year-old Autumn Petska of Milford, had a barred and suspended driver's license and was wanted on two active Clay county warrants for failure to appear and failure to provide proof of financial responsibility. Further investigation revealed the vehicle she was driving wasn't currently registered and there was no proof of financial liability.
It was discovered a passenger, 38-year-old Santos Beal of Terril, was wanted on a Dickinson county warrant for a probation violation.
Both Petska and Beal were taken into custody. Petska was transported to the Clay county jail and Beal was transferred to the custody of a Dickinson county sheriff's deputy.
