Clay County Authorities Make Arrests In Residential Burglary Case

(Spencer)-- Authorities in Clay county say they've charged two suspects in connection with a residential burglary that took place last month in Royal. Cash, jewelry and change were reported taken.

The Clay County Sheriff's Office says an investigation into the incident has resulted in 36-year-old Heather Peterson and 30-year-old Cory Woodrow, both of Spencer, being charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, theft in the 2nd degree and trespassing.

Woodrow was being held on a $5,000 bond. Peterson was released after posting a bond in that amount.
