A local bank is changing hands. It was announced today (Tues.) Community State Bancorporation of Spencer, parent company of Community State Bank, has entered into an agreement to purchase Little Sioux Bancshares of Sioux Rapids, the majority shareholder of First State Bank of Sioux Rapids.
