USDA Iowa FSA Announces ARC, PLC And CRP Payments To Be Made To Farmers
USDA Iowa Farm Service Agency (FSA) Executive Director, Amanda De Jong, announced that nearly $43 million will be paid to Iowa farms that enrolled in Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) for 2017 market downturns. Additionally, Iowa FSA will distribute $392 million in Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) rental payments to landowners for their commitment to conservation stewardship.
