(Spirit Lake)...On Wednesday, March 10, at approximately 4:43 pm a search warrant was executed at 1608 1/2 Hill Avenue in Spirit Lake by the Spirit Lake Police Department and Dickinson County Sheriff's Office. The Spirit Lake Department's K-9 Zeke was utilized in the investigation and search. As a result, David Alan Goodwin, 52, and Anna Davis Joseph, 52, both of Spirit Lake were charged and booked into the Dicksinson County Jail on the following: Manufacturing a Contolled Substance a Class D Felony..Tax Stamp Violation a Class D Felony... Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) a Serious Misdemeanor...Possesion of Drug Paraphernalia a Simple Misdemeanor.. and Prohibited Acts an Aggravated Misdemeanor. The arrest is part of a joint investigation between the Spirit Lake Police Department and the Dickinson Copunty Sheriff's Department.
