Lake Park –
The City of Lake Park has announced that a resolution has passed at a joint meeting with the Lake Park City Council and Lake Park Utilities Board of Trustees to approve a plat and developer’s agreement, which clears the way for construction to begin on a new residential development.
The new development is owned by Silver Lake Land Company, LLC and consists of 10 residential lots, 5 of which are lake front lots. Additionally, there is one large lot suitable for future residential or commercial development. The new subdivision is expected to bring over 3 million dollars of economic development to Lake Park.
