Funding cuts and budgeting problems at the federal, state and local government levels: services for persons with mental illness are or will be at risk during these difficult economic times. 

Please join the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Northwest Iowa on Monday, March 15th at 7 p.m. in the Spencer Hosptial lower level Cedar Conference Room.  NAMI will address some of the budgeting challenges, the questions about mandated vs. unmandated services, as well as look for some creative opportunities to develop advocacy options. 

Election of officers will be included in the short business meeting with care and share time following the educational presentation.
